home-made chocolates

my mom and sis have been experimenting with making chocolates lately.
the chocolates tasted really good, so i got my sis to guide me on how to make these colourful delights =) we made semi-sweet chocolates, cos i’ve always felt that they tasted better then ordinary sweet milk chocolates.
here’s the product of my 1st try out last weekend. i personally feel it tasted quite good since it’s my 1st time =) of course, thanks to my sis’ patient guidance heh.
semi-sweet chocolates with sprinkles and marshmallows. a joy to look at…

of course you can, next time you come to my new house i make ok? heh i used aalst chocolate, semi-sweet.
yar, must start cooking again, else will become rusty… i’m still intending to try your honey-lemon baked chicken someday!
